Russell grew up in Dayton, Kentucky, where he went to school and graduated from Dayton High School in 2023. After graduation, Russell obtained his Life and Health licenses, then after working at Meridian he was also able to get his property and casualty licenses.

Prior to becoming an Insurance Agent, Russell worked for his Father at Corken Steel where he was a metal fabricator while in High School. In his free time you can typically find Russell either on a lake fishing,at the gym or at a baseball field.
